The Incident Tracking System is an internet-based (‘on-line’) system for reporting and tracking MUIs. Only authorized users may access this secure site to enter or review MUIs and related data for their organization.
County Boards of DD are required to use this system to make all reports of MUIs. Providers may use the system to access general reports regarding their organization.
If you do not have access to the ITS system yet, you will need to complete and submit a request by accessing Information Systems' Online Security Application.
If you completed and submitted a Security Affidavit and have received notification that access to ITS has been granted (you will receive a user ID and password via email), you will need to arrange to have ITS training with the DODD MUI Unit.
