Individual Options Waiver Amendment
- On May 6, 2011, The Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities received notification that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) approved its amendment for the Individual Options (IO) waiver. This amendment is effective as of July 15, 2011 and will remain in effect until February 28, 2014.
Level 1 Waiver Renewal
- On June 14, 2011, CMS approved DODD's application for the renewal of the Level One waiver. The renewal goes into effect on July 1, 2011, and remains effective for a period of 5 years. No significant changes were made to the Level One waiver as part of this renewal.
